Tu R.

I have a background in design and my partner, a background in film, so we’re both quite particular when it comes to the visual arts. We both knew we wanted someone who could work in different styles, from film noir to bohemian to modern to action. After perusing hundreds of photographer/photography websites for several months, we narrowed it down to three based on versality, style, cost, and overall package. After we spoke to Christina via video skype, we set up a meeting with her a month later in SF while we were there for business. That day, we knew right away she was the one.

For us, it was important that our photographer had the right personality, since whoever we chose as our photographer would be following us and our guests around on our wedding day. We didn’t want someone who would make us nor our guests feel uncomfortable. Luckily for us, Christina is charming, has an infectious smile, and loves her work (you can see the twinkle in her eye when she speaks about it).

From our initial contact with Christina in summer 2010 to our wedding day one year later, we honestly couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Our engagement and wedding photos turned out amazing (you can see for yourself on her blog). We would recommend Christina without reservation to anyone who is looking for or needs a quality photographer for any life event. By the way, she’s also great with kids.

The best advice I got from a friend during my photographer search was: Don’t skimp on the photography.
